SHIPPING POLICY
After confirming your order, Beauty Collection will dispatch it within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on our courier partner’s schedule.
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 50 will be applied to any item in your order priced at Rs. 799 or below. Items priced above Rs. 799 will not have any shipping fees.
Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, if you still want to cancel, you can refuse delivery when the courier partner arrives.
If upon delivery, you find yourself unsatisfied with your order, you can initiate a return request.
RETURN POLICY
Unused goods can be returned for a refund within 15 days of receiving them.
It’s important to note that SALE items, cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced.
Items eligible for return (and refund) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including labels, tags, boxes, and plastic wrap. We’re happy to repair broken items.
REFUND POLICY
If you cancel an order within two hours of placing it or before it’s moved to procurement, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of cancellation.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, your order cannot be processed, procured, or shipped within a certain time, the order will be canceled, and the entire amount will be refunded.
Beauty Collection will issue a refund only if the delivered order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
No refund will be issued if the order is delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer during order placement.
If your order includes shipping charges, the refund will exclude the shipping charges amount, i.e., Rs. 50.
Once Beauty Collection initiates a refund following the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to appear in your account within the following timeframes:
- COD refunds take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account after the refund is initiated.
- Prepaid refunds take 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank partner, after the refund is initiated.
Please note that Beauty Collection initiates a refund only after receiving the returned item and completing a condition check. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary based on the courier partner’s time to return the item to the Beauty Collection delivery center.
WARRANTY/GUARANTEE POLICY
No warranty/guarantee/exchange/repairs are offered for products sold at a discounted price on the website.
